When you give us a call, we listen to your concerns on the phone and go over the areas that you want to have cleaned. We ask about spots and the age of the carpet and how many times and when was the last time it was cleaned. Then we set up a time to come out and make them look great again. When we get there, we ask that you walk us through your rooms that you want cleaned to show us any areas of concern such as spots and stains. Then we get to work.
We currently use, and have had great success with the Butler truck-mounted system. They have been building and improving these systems for years and they do a great job if the operator knows how to properly use and maintain them.
